Greyhounds are fascinating creatures, incredibly agile, delicate, soulful and gentle. I have had the privilege of knowing several individuals who rescue them and through their passion I have developed a great affection for them. Known as 40 mph couch potatoes, greyhounds are considered to be like cats in dog bodies.
